This website is provided for information, portfolio presentation, service enquiries, quote requests and customer tools such as the Visualiser and project login.

Content on the website should not automatically be treated as a binding quotation or contract. A contract is formed only when the relevant work is agreed in the usual way, for example by accepting a written quotation or other project documentation.

Please keep the following in mind when requesting a quote:

• website enquiries do not automatically form a contract
• additional information may be required
• a survey may be required
• prices depend on actual project scope
• surface condition matters
• access matters
• preparation requirements matter
• agreed finishes and materials matter

A quotation applies only to the scope described within it.

Information supplied online may be used to begin assessing or discussing a quotation. An initial website figure is not automatically a binding final price unless it is explicitly confirmed in a quotation or project agreement.

The agreed quotation or project documentation should define the included areas, included services, preparation, finishes and materials where applicable.

Anything outside the agreed scope may require additional agreement or quotation before it is treated as included work.

Customer requested changes may affect:

• cost
• materials
• labour
• project duration
• scheduling

Additional work should be agreed where practicable before being completed.

Suitable materials may be selected based on:

• substrate
• surface condition
• location
• intended use
• required finish

Digital colour representation is a guide only. We do not guarantee that a colour shown on a screen will exactly match the physical finished surface.

The Sean & Mo Visualiser is an inspiration and planning tool. Colours displayed on screen may differ from physical paint because of:

• screen calibration
• lighting
• surface texture
• substrate
• surrounding colours
• paint finish
• real world lighting conditions

Visualiser output is not a guarantee of exact physical colour appearance.

Sean & Mo may offer bespoke colours or colour matching. If you would like something individual, you can mention this in the Notes field when starting a quote.

Please understand that:

• feasibility depends on the required finish
• substrate may affect the final appearance
• product availability may affect options
• exact replication may not always be technically achievable

We do not guarantee perfect colour matching in every circumstance.

Customers may need to provide reasonable access to the property, rooms, parking, keys and work areas, and to tell us about relevant access restrictions.

If access is limited or delayed, this may affect scheduling or the way the work can be carried out.

Hidden or previously unknown conditions may affect the scope of work. Examples may include:

• damp
• unstable surfaces
• failed coatings
• hidden defects
• additional repairs
• unsuitable previous finishes

Where these materially affect the work, revised preparation or pricing may be required.

Scheduling may be affected by:

• weather
• access
• material availability
• additional work
• unforeseen conditions
• agreed scope changes

We do not guarantee completion dates unless they are specifically agreed.

Exterior work may need to be rescheduled if weather conditions are unsuitable for proper application or curing.

Sean & Mo currently accepts Visa, cash and bank transfer. We do not state that any other payment method is accepted.

Payment timing and terms are those stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or project agreement.

Cancellation rights may depend on how the contract was entered into, where it was agreed, whether work has already started, and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove statutory cancellation rights that apply to you. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can confirm the position for your booking.

Reasonable care is taken around furniture, surfaces, floors, fixtures and surrounding areas during agreed work.

Sean & Mo may create internal project photographs for project records, documenting condition, scope, progress and completion.

Public use of project photographs must be handled appropriately. Customers do not automatically grant public marketing rights by requesting a quotation or agreeing work.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute is brought before a court, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
